General Conditions ECIM 2017 – 16th European Congress of Internal Medicine
ECIM 2017 commissioned AIM GROUP INTERNATIONAL ITALY with the organisation and execution of the conference. Registration for the conference and confirmation therefore forms a contract between the conference attendee and the ECIM 2017 Congress regarding attendance at the conference. This contract is based on the following General Terms and Conditions.
Registration fees and payment for the ECIM2017 Congress
Registration for the conference and booking of services are binding for the attendee. The fees must be paid in advance on the dates specified. Any bank charges will be charged to the payer. Registration will be confirmed if payment is received by the Congress Office by 18th August 2017. Should payments be received after this date, you will receive your confirmation at the Congress Counter in Milan. In case of late payment please bring a copy of your bank remittance with you.
Cancellation of Congress Attendance
In the event that you cancel your attendance at the conference by 3rd July 2017, the registration fee minus a processing fee of EUR 50 will be refunded. No refund will be made if cancellation is made after the 3rd July 2017. Please notify the conference office of your cancellation in writing.
Program Changes
ECIM 2017 Congress reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program at short notice. There will be no pro rata refund of registration fees for cancelled papers or changes to the program.
